Add Tax
Solution :
GST % = 10
Amount = 45000
Step 1 :
GST Price = (45000 * 10 ) / 100
= 4500 IDR
Step 2 :
Net Price = 45000 + 4500
= 49500 IDR
Hence the VAT Price is 4500 IDR and the Net Price is 49500 IDR
Remove Tax
Solution :
GST % = 10
Amount = 45000
Step 1 :
GST Price = 45000 – (45000 * ( 100 / (100 + 10)))
= 45000 – (45000 * 0.90)
= 45000 – 40500
GST Price = 4500 IDR
Step 2 :
Net Price = 45000 – 4500
= 40500 IDR
Hence the VAT Price is 4500 IDR and the Net Price is 40500 IDR
